Python with uv, library core behind the CLI#

mibare is a Python project managed with uv and scaffolded from the maintainer’s copier-pyproject Copier template (hasansezertasan/copier-pyproject), not a plain uv init, so project layout, tooling and release setup follow that template. The resolution logic lives in an importable library and the CLI (mibare <repo>) is a thin wrapper, so a library or service front end can be added later without a rewrite. We chose Python over Go or Rust, which would ship as a single binary that mise installs through github: or aqua:, because it matches the maintainer’s existing tooling; mise users can still install it through the pypi: backend.
